Meet Alexandra Sabo — RPC-C, MPCC-P, Life Coach & Registered Counsellor.

I work with adults and emotionally aware youth who have spent much of their lives adapting, coping, or caring for others, and who are beginning to feel the quiet weight of that role.

Many of the people I support are thoughtful, sensitive, and emotionally aware, yet struggle with belonging, authenticity, boundaries, or feeling at ease in their relationships. Youth and young adults I work with often feel “different,” deeply perceptive, or out of step with their peers, and are seeking a space where they can explore who they are without pressure to perform or fit in.

My work is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic approaches and neuroplasticity. I support clients in understanding their nervous system, exploring attachment and relational patterns, and gently shifting long-held ways of responding that no longer serve them. This work is especially supportive for those in caregiving, helping, or compassionate roles who are used to holding space for others but struggle to do so for themselves.

Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and grounded in safety. Together, we work toward change that feels embodied, sustainable, and aligned, helping you reconnect with yourself and move through life without continuing to abandon your needs.
